Workout A

1. Chinup: 5reps 5 sets

and afterwards, the followings are in circuits in 3 sets

2. Dumblell Step-up: 8-10 reps 

3. Dumbbell squat to Press: 8-10 reps

4. Dumbbell Row: 8-10 reps

 

Workout B

1. Barbell Front Squat: 5 reps 5 sets

2. Dumbblell Incline Bench Press: 8-10 reps

3. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift to Row: 8-10 reps

4. Cable PNF: 8-10 reps

 

This workout is not that hard. That’s why it’s hard for me to find the excuse not to workout with it.
